SOME OF YOU have been watching Christmas movies! The five of you who offered a guess were all correct. The sign for the Columbia Inn (in Pine Tree, Vermont) is shown in the scene from “White Christmas” when the car arrives from the train station carrying Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney and Vera-Ellen. It’s all fiction, of course, but a fun movie–with some great music and dancing–nonetheless. It has become a Christmas classic.
